ABOUT / CZ / FORWARD

I build at the point where AI meets operating reality.

I’m Nick Zhu, an AI-native business builder working in an FDE mode: entering the business context, defining the product and workflow, and staying close enough to the system to see whether it can actually operate.

OPERATING SIGNATURE

I define the product. AI writes the code. We share the bugs.

A compact description of how I work—not a claim that AI replaces product judgment or human accountability.

PERSPECTIVE PATH

One question across changing systems.

How does emerging capability become something people can use, organizations can own, and operations can sustain?

ENTERPRISE / INDUSTRY

Enterprise and industrial systems

Learning how software, data, and operating processes behave inside complex organizations.

BUSINESS / MARKET

Business building and global GTM

Shaping propositions, operating models, partnerships, and market-entry systems around new capabilities.

AI-NATIVE / OPERATIONS

AI-native systems

Connecting product, workflow, human authority, evidence, agents, deterministic tools, learning, and operating economics.

This is a perspective path, not a maturity ladder or evidence of outcomes.

CZ / FORWARD PRINCIPLES

Move possibility into operating reality.

These are my working principles. They are not laws, an industry standard, or a substitute for the context of a specific organization.

  1. 01

    Reality over rhetoric

Start with the work as it exists, including constraints, exceptions, incentives, and unresolved friction.

  2. 02

    Systems over tools

Treat AI as one part of product, workflow, authority, evidence, and operations.

  3. 03

    Evidence over claims

Ask what was observed, what remains unknown, and which decision the evidence can support.

  4. 04

    Accountability over autonomy theatre

Keep consequential authority, approval, override, and acceptance identifiable.

  5. 05

    Bounded progress over blind scale

Expand only when the next boundary, cost, owner, and learning loop are explicit.

CURRENT QUESTIONS

Questions I keep working on.

They guide what I build and investigate. They are not promises or universal prescriptions.

  1. 01

How should work be redesigned when agents can act but humans remain accountable?

  2. 02

What evidence should a POC create before a system is asked to operate?

  3. 03

How do product, workflow, reliability, and operating economics stay connected?

  4. 04

Where is AI-enabled enough, and where is deeper business redesign justified?
